Coco Keys

For one of our Christmas presents, our parents gave us girls a trip to Coco Keys water park in Omaha, NE with them and our "others" :) . We left on Friday afternoon and were swimming it up as soon as we arrived at the hotel. We had a blast and I think Livie got her share of swimming in too. This place was absolutely massive- complete with a zero-entry kids pool, 3 adult water slides, a million kiddie slides, a ginormous hot tub, kids water playground, and a regular pool. Picture Great Wolf Lodge. Anyways it was great, and we all want to go back already.

Saturday we went to the Omaha kids museum- which was so funny to see 8 adults and 1 child walk in. I think we all played just as much a miss missy miss did.

They had one of those things where you press your hand on one side and you look on the other and see your hand print. We decided to hold Livie up and press her whole body in it.

close up: I can't stop laughing when I look at her facial expression

Exhibit A of the adults thoroughly enjoying themselves in the wind tunnel area.

more wind tunnels, Livie and her Momma throwing the ball and watching it be held up.

Must be sisters. First instinct- put your head over the wind.

Livie planting her crops. Such a farm girl.
Late that night, the old folks (Jamie, Greg, Livie) went to bed while the others learned how to play pitch from my parents. Apparently, while they were out frolicking, they forgot to teach their children how to play cards! Ridiculous :) So dad had to listen to Samantha and I ask a million questions (and occasionally zone out) BUT we finally got the hang of it.... and got our rears kicked by Mom, Bobby, and Jesse. It was rigged, we're having a rematch.

And here are a couple water park pictures to frost off the trip:

I enjoyed Jesse dragging me around the lazy river- so relaxing for me :) on a side note, I clearly need to find a tanning bed, I'm glowing.

The whole gang!

Have a Beautiful Day!
